Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Heaven Sent, we take pride in curating high-quality brands for your little ones. We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a refund (excluding shipping and delivery charges) within 7 days of receipt, provided the return meets the criteria outlined below.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

• All original tags must be attached, and the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

• A proof of purchase or order confirmation number is required for return authorization.

• We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

Once we receive your return, we will notify you via email or phone. All returned items will be inspected before a refund is processed. If approved, the refund will be issued for the product value only, excluding any shipping or delivery fees.

To facilitate the refund process, we may request your IBAN (bank account number) in order to transfer the refunded amount.

Items that do not meet our return requirements will be sent back to the customer.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days after the return is received and approved.

Domestic Orders

For your convenience, we offer complimentary return collection from your home or an alternative address.

Timeline

Returns: Within 3 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges: Within 3 days of receiving your order.

سياسة الإرجاع والاستبدال

في Heaven Sent نفخر بتقديم منتجات وعلامات عالية الجودة لأطفالكم. نأمل أن تكونوا سعداء بمشترياتكم، ولكن في حال لم تكونوا راضين تمامًا عن المنتج لأي سبب، يمكنكم طلب استرجاع المبلغ (باستثناء رسوم الشحن والتوصيل) خلال 7 أيام من استلام الطلب، بشرط استيفاء شروط الإرجاع الموضحة أدناه.

شروط الإرجاع:

عند استلام المنتج المرتجع، سنقوم بإبلاغكم عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الهاتف. سيتم فحص جميع المنتجات المرتجعة قبل معالجة عملية الاسترجاع. وفي حال الموافقة، سيتم استرجاع قيمة المنتج فقط دون احتساب رسوم الشحن أو التوصيل.

ولتسهيل عملية استرجاع المبلغ، قد نطلب منكم رقم الآيبان (IBAN) لتحويل قيمة الاسترجاع إلى حسابكم البنكي.

أما المنتجات التي لا تستوفي شروط الإرجاع فسيتم إعادتها إلى العميل.

مدة معالجة الاسترجاع

يتم معالجة الاسترجاع خلال 2 إلى 5 أيام عمل بعد استلام المنتج المرتجع والموافقة عليه.

الطلبات داخل المملكة

لراحتكم، نوفر خدمة استلام المرتجعات من المنزل مجانًا أو من أي عنوان آخر تحددونه.

المدة المحددة

الإرجاع: خلال 3 أيام من استلام الطلب.
الاستبدال: خلال 3 أيام من استلام الطلب.
