At Heaven Sent, we take pride in curating high-quality brands for your little ones. We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a refund (excluding shipping and delivery charges) within 7 days of receipt, provided the return meets the criteria outlined below.
Return Conditions:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

All original tags must be attached, and the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

A proof of purchase or order confirmation number is required for return authorization.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
Once we receive your return, we will notify you via email or phone. All returned items will be inspected before a refund is processed. If approved, the refund will be issued for the product value only, excluding any shipping or delivery fees. Items that do not meet our return requirements will be sent back to the customer.
Refund Processing Time:
Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days after the return is received and approved.
Domestic Orders:
For your convenience, we offer complimentary return collection from your home or an alternative address.
