Returns Policy

We pride ourselves in selecting high-quality brands for your little ones and hope that you will be pleased with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we are happy to offer you a refund excluding charged shipping/delivery costs within 7 days of receipt by contacting us.

The returns policy does not apply to goods that have been used, washed, damaged or if any attempt has been made to alter the product.

Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original condition.

You must provide a proof of purchase or an order confirmation number before the return can be authorized.

We have the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our returns policy requirements.
 

When we receive your package, we will notify you by email or a Call. The item/s will be inspected and rejected or approved before the refund is issued. If the conditions of our returns policy are met, we will refund the cost of the goods excluding the shipping/delivery costs. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
 

Refunds are processed within 2 to 5 business days of your return being received.
For Domestic Orders: We will collect from your home or an alternative address for free.

Returns: 7 Days from receiving the order.
Exchange: 3 Days from receiving the order.
