Exchange Policy:

For domestic orders, if you wish to exchange an item, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you in arranging the exchange.

We offer exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the following conditions:

Exchange Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • All original tags must be attached, and the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

  • A proof of purchase or order confirmation number must be provided for the exchange to be authorized.

Please note that our exchange policy does not apply to items that have been used, washed, altered, or returned in a condition that does not meet the above criteria.

We reserve the right to decline any exchanges that do not comply with our exchange policy.

Exchange Policy (Arabic)

للطلبات المحلية، إذا كنت ترغب في استبدال منتج، يُرجى التواصل معنا، وسنكون سعداء بمساعدتك في ترتيب عملية الاستبدال.

نقبل طلبات الاستبدال خلال ٣ أيام من استلام الطلب، بشرط أن يستوفي المنتج الشروط التالية:

شروط الاستبدال:

  • يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم، وغير مغسول، وخالٍ من أي ضرر.

  • يجب أن تكون جميع البطاقات الأصلية مرفقة، وأن يُعاد المنتج بحالته الأصلية مع التغليف الأصلي.

  • يجب تقديم إثبات الشراء أو رقم تأكيد الطلب للموافقة على الاستبدال.

يرجى ملاحظة أن سياسة الاستبدال لا تنطبق على المنتجات التي تم استخدامها أو غسلها أو تعديلها أو إرجاعها بحالة غير مطابقة للشروط أعلاه.

نحتفظ بالحق في رفض أي طلب استبدال لا يتوافق مع سياسة الاستبدال لدينا.
